Creating California Law

Mr. Richland has argued cases to the higher courts creating California case law, specifically,  as lead attorney in the published opinion: People v Luis Carrasco (2006) 137 Cal App 4th 1050 (2nd District, Division 6), stating the rule that: An individual can be convicted of personally discharging a gun in the commission of a robbery even though the discharge of the firearm did not occur contemporaneously with the commission of the crime.                                               htttp://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/data2/californiastatecases/b178115.doc
